Official merchandise collaborations mean we are allowed to use typically copyrighted aspects such as the name, the logo, their designs etc. It also means it is sold here with us, but also sold as official band merchandise through the band: at their "merch stand" on tour. Making anything official is the highest honor...especially when you have the honor of creating with your favorite bands.
